After removal of the outer packaging and protective foil the adhesive side of Thermopad toe warmer can be applied to the top or bottom of the sock. You will have comfortably warm feet for up to 6 hours. It only takes a few minutes for the warmers to reach their maximum temperature. Pads are made from a mixture of natural materials: powdered iron, salt, charcoal, water and vermiculite. This mixture is surrounded with a soft breathable membrane. In conjunction with oxygen the mixture heats up.
